Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role

Full‑time, in‑person position at KOR Building Group LLC’s main office in Las Vegas, NV. Monday‑Friday salaried schedule. You will oversee hospitality, retail, medical, schools, and government (local & federal) construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the full project lifecycle by driving resource allocation, pre‑construction setup, and project buyouts to maximize profitability.
• Mastermind comprehensive construction schedules and productivity management systems to ensure every deadline is met with precision.
• Supervise the creation and execution of detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) and maintain rigorous job cost analysis throughout the build.
• Coordinate seamless communication between clients, field superintendents, and office staff to keep all stakeholders aligned on project progress.
• Manage the submittal process and material handling while overseeing subcontractor performance and contractual compliance.
• Evaluate and execute change orders and logs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and project budgets remain balanced.
• Direct project teams toward measurable KPIs, ensuring that quality standards and safety protocols are never compromised.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing projects in the $1M‑$10M
