About the role
This is a Commercial Construction Project Manager role opening at a $400M Commercial General Contractor. The position does not involve travel and offers great benefits, a bonus, and a truck allowance.
Responsibilities
- Manage ground-up commercial construction projects
- Work on various types of projects such as light industrial, big box retail, and medical office buildings
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve project goals
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction management
Qualifications
