Project Manager, Commercial and K12 Construction

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily oversight of all assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Take an active role in preconstruction on new projects
• Track job progress, subcontractor performance, and project costs
• Review RFIs and submittals prepared by your APM
• Handle bids, issue contracts, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare monthly billings and financial reports
• Run weekly OAC meetings and manage owner and architect expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Construction Science or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
• K12, educational, or public sector project experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of owner and subcontractor contracts
• Experience with buyout, billing, and cost reporting
• Based in or willing to commute to the McKinney / Lewisville area

Pay

$110,000 - $150,000 per year
