Description

Manage projects from award through final completion.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
Lead communication between owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure schedule, quality, and safety goals are achieved.
Maintain strong client relationships and promote repeat business opportunities.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Profile

• Average 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong experience managing K-12, municipal, higher education, and/or healthcare construction projects.
• Experience leading projects ranging from approximately $5M to $50M+
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and project controls.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Stable work history demonstrating career progression and long-term commitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
