Project Manager - K12 Construction

Responsibilities
- Lead K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Manage client, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
- Coordinate project teams to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence
- Review contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project engineers and support staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience managing ground-up K-12 construction projects
- Experience working for a general contractor on large commercial or institutional projects
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
