Description

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout, ensuring successful execution at every stage
Oversee project budgets, subcontractor buyout, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet key milestones
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and project reporting
Collaborate closely with field leadership to support jobsite safety, quality, logistics, and overall project execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants by leading OAC meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Lead project closeout activities, including punch list management, commissioning coordination, and turnover documentation

Profile

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, including ground-up builds, renovations, occupied facilities, or campus environments
Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and contract administration
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field personnel
Experience coordinating complex project scopes, including MEP/FP systems and phased construction
Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar industry platforms
Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
