Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of clinical quality improvement interventions in partner clinics.
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets in alignment with grant requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among clinical staff, community partners, and stakeholders to support intervention goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions to maintain momentum and achieve targets.
- Oversee data collection, quality assurance, and reporting related to clinical intervention outcomes.
- Support training and capacity-building activities for clinic teams to enhance quality improvement skills and practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and grant-related standards.
- Prepare regular updates, reports, and presentations for leadership, partners, and funders.
- Contribute to sustainability planning to embed successful interventions into routine clinical practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare, public health, or community-based settings.
