Quality Program Manager - Quality Assurance

About the role

The Quality Program Manager (QPM) facilitates quality improvement programs to standardize care delivery, increase reliability, promote high‑value care and support an effective quality management system. Under the direction of Quality Division leadership and in collaboration with operational and clinical leadership, the QPM leads the design, implementation, and sustainment of prioritized quality goals by managing complex, cross‑functional quality programs at a campus or health‑system level.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (upon hire: licensure as applicable to educational background)
• 3 years of healthcare experience
• If the bachelor’s degree is in an unrelated field, an additional 3 years of industry experience is required
• Ability to interpret regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, national quality metrics, and health‑services research
• Work experience in quality management, patient safety, systems thinking, and change management

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health administration, public health, or a related field
• Master’s Degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, business, or a related subject
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
• Training or certification in IHI, Six Sigma and/or Lean process improvement

Pay

Base pay range: $45.14 – $70.07 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Full‑time, day shift.
