Project Manager, Civil/Environmental Engineer
Duties/Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and develop strong client relationships.
- Manage financial and technical aspects of projects.
- Execute projects to meet technical, quality, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communications and written skills, including client deliverables and regulatory submittals.
- Assign and manage work effectively.
- Show strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Show skills in quality control, planning, cost estimating, and scheduling.
- Work collaboratively and lead multi-disciplinary project teams on all aspects of the project to address client goals and objectives.
Minimum Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science in civil or environmental engineering, geology/hydrogeology, environmental science, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of environmental experience.
- Experience working in the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program and New York City Office of Environmental Remediation Program.
- Professional Engineer and/or Professional Geologist licensure in the State of New York or the ability to obtain licensure within 1-year is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy skills including proficiency in industry standard software.
- OSHA 40-hr. HAZWOPER training required.

Pay
The salary range for this position in New York City, NY and White Plains, NY is $97,000 - $216,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market.
