A growing company with great benefits, seeking a passionate and driven Permanent Project Manager for its Civil Construction division.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute project work plans, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manage project budget, ensure financial accountability and control costs.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement management plans to mitigate those risks.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and all other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
• Implement quality control programs and supervise on-site procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Perform problem-solving tasks as they arise, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct strategic planning and forecasting, develop project objectives, and oversee quality control throughout the project's life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project management role within the civil construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing grading/public utilities/concrete/asphalt paving projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, quality control standards, and risk management.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and budgeting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

Pay

$120,000 - $130,000 per year
