Project Manager / Business Analyst Hybrid

About the role

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst role, with at least 3 years of Power BI experience. The ideal candidate must also have 3 years of project management duties and proven experience with Agile/Scrum and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with developers to supplement requirement definition in consideration of technology constraints
• Act as the subject matter expert to clarify developer inquiries during the development phase and provide on-going expertise to the business stakeholder
• Create release notes in coordination with the development team
• Formalize product feature documentation there by creating EPICs, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Influence business process improvements / product roadmap
• Aids Engineers in debugging / troubleshooting issues involving data or the accuracy of data, in day-to-day work and production support scenarios
• Researches external systems as needed to reverse engineer or understand their function through data extraction and validation
