Turnberry Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Arlington, Virginia. This position is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or business analysis
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
