About the role
Coordinate cross-functional projects, track tasks, timelines, risks, and deliverables. Support HR Operations, Transformation, and Shared Services initiatives as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end process mapping and support creation of business process documentation.
- Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights for decision-making.
- Develop clear, concise presentations, reports, and project materials using PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools.
- Engage stakeholders to clarify business problems, identify pain points, and co-create solutions.
- Prepare project trackers, meeting minutes, pre-reads, and action summaries for leadership.
- Create and maintain organized, version-controlled documentation libraries using SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Manage access, permissions, and logical folder structures to ensure intuitive navigation and collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, process improvement, or business/data analysis.
- Experience working in large, complex, or matrixed organizations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including:
- SharePoint (site creation, document libraries, access control)
- Teams (channel structure, file management)
- OneDrive, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, data cleaning).
- Proficiency in Power BI (dashboards, data visualization).
- Proficiency with MS Visio for process mapping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting HR, Operations, Transformation, or Shared Services teams.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday, or ERP/HRIS systems.
- Exposure to project/task management tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documenting key process requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 and SharePoint 2010 or higher.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project (2010+).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
