Project Manager - (18-24 Month Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Manager to join a growing Project Management Team supporting engineering and construction-related operations in Muskogee, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-career project management experience who enjoys the administrative, financial, and coordination side of construction projects rather than primarily field-based work. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage contracts, invoices, and project documentation with a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail is critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Team with day-to-day project coordination and administrative functions
• Manage and track smaller project-related contracts, including security, rentals, dumpsters, and other vendor services
• Review, process, and manage invoices and financial documentation
• Assist with issuing and tracking change orders
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project support
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting
• Work closely with interns as part of the training and onboarding process
• Ensure all project-related activities are handled efficiently and accurately
• Support project timelines and assist with overall project organization

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project management, construction coordination, or related experience
• Basic understanding of construction processes and project operations
• Strong finance/accounting knowledge, including invoice management and contract tracking
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $65,000–$70,000 DOE
• Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
• Position Type: Long-Term Contract (18–24 Months) with Potential Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
• Location: Requires daily commute to Muskogee, OK (mileage reimbursed)
