Project Manager (contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Analytics Product team at our McLean Corporate Office, providing continuous support across analytics initiatives and data product workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of analytics and data initiatives within Analytics Product, including MarTech-related workstreams
• Own program operations processes, including objective tracking, release notes and communications, executive summaries, and other leadership reporting
• Partner closely with the program manager to operationalize strategy and ensure execution against defined priorities
• Plan and manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain visibility into progress, provide status updates, and support data-driven prioritization
• Own and manage the intake process for incoming requests, ensuring they are clearly defined, scoped, and ready for execution
• Maintain visibility into the intake pipeline and in-flight work
• Support demoing, training, end-user support, and socialization of new product releases as needed
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities as business needs change

Qualifications

• 5 + years of experience in project management or related roles
• Hands-on experience with project-level administration
• Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) experience
• Strong experience developing presentation materials in PowerPoint
• Experience working with analytics or data delivery teams preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
• Must be available to work in office a minimum of three days per week, Monday through Wednesday
