Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and services.
- Support the evolution of the Sponsor's strategic direction and priorities; make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, including proposed strategies and/or roadmaps, identified risks, capability and performance gaps, dependencies, alignment with the strategic framework and priorities, and funding and related program issues.
- Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to senior-level executives.
- Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences.
- Collaborate extensively across multiple entities, including partners outside the U.S.
- Produce deliverables in multiple formats (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Take charge of a group and set strategic guidance for a team of SMEs.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- Typically requires a BA degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience.
- Strong writing and grammatical skills.
- Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline.
- Familiarity with planning, programming, budgeting, and execution discipline.
- Knowledge of key performance indicators.
- Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience working with seniors in diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environments managing competing priorities.

Pay
Target salary range: $104,000 – $166,000. Salary is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
