Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to track the schedule, timeline, procurement, resources, technical issues, budget, or customer satisfaction on each project and report to the manager.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to determine business needs and expectations.
- Confer with stakeholders to identify and resolve problems.
- Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.
- Coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports for manager approvals.
- Produce and distribute project documents.
- Serve as a point of contact for the client or customer.
- Execute and submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate efforts of lower-level team members while guiding them in the process.
- Identify operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Math, Business, Technology (any), or related, and 2 years of experience in Information Technology (IT)/engineering or IT-related consulting/business.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's or equivalent in any field other than the above-listed fields and 3 years of experience in the above occupation.
- 1 year of experience in any 4 tools/technologies across the following categories with at least 2 from one category:
- Programming Languages and Web Technologies
- Development Frameworks and Tools
- Databases
- Data Management
- Cloud Services & DevOps
- Networking
- Enterprise Software and Business Applications
- Testing & QA Tools

- All experience/skills may be acquired concurrently.
Position is based out of our HQ in Chicago, IL & subject to relocation to unanticipated US worksites, with financial assistance. Telecommuting 2-3 days per week permitted, dependent on business needs. Domestic travel for meetings as needed (approximately 5%).
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $111,530.00 - $158,550.00 per year. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may vary but will not be less than the posted range minimum and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
