Project Management Specialist - AI Systems

About the role

Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications for quality and accuracy. Compare AI-generated responses based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance. Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions. Provide expert feedback. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI system performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance.
• Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions.
• Provide expert feedback.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI system performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management roles such as Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, or Program Manager.
• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Pay

$70–$110/hour

Schedule

• Duration: 4–6 weeks
• Commitment: 20+ hours/week
• Start date: Immediate

Task-based payment upon first task approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
