Project Management Specialist - AI Systems

Position: Project Management Specialist (Contract, Remote)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance.
• Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions and provide expert feedback.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve AI model performance and outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI system evaluation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross‑functional projects.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Immediate start date.

Pay

Compensation: $70–$110 per hour. Payment is task‑based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.

Schedule

Duration: 4–6 weeks. Commitment: 20+ hours per week. Remote work.
