About the role
Responsible for managing project timelines and coordinating resources to ensure timely completion of operations plans. Works closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Monitor progress against project plans and adjust as necessary.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or operations planning.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and operations planning.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
- $80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
