Responsible for developing and implementing operational plans to support company objectives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations planning or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
