Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Project Management Coordinator to support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating project timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and ensuring clear communication between customers, project teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans and project schedules.
  • Cook up project activities, tasks, milestones, and follow-up actions.
  • Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, ensuring timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deadlines, deliverables, and customer expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams and leadership.
  • Liaise with customers to understand project requirements and communicate status updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external customers.
  • Identify project risks or issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Ace an Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
  • Show strong customer service background with experience supporting internal and external stakeholders.
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Show strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Have experience working with ERP systems.
  • Show proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Display a team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience supporting projects within a manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or automation environment.
  • Show familiarity with production processes, automation equipment, or robotics projects.
  • Have experience working with FANUC robots or supporting robotic integration projects.
  • Show knowledge of project scheduling and tracking tools.
  • Show Robotics Certification is a plus.
  • Show experience coordinating cross-functional teams and customer-driven initiatives.
