Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Project Management Coordinator to support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating project timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and ensuring clear communication between customers, project teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans and project schedules.
- Cook up project activities, tasks, milestones, and follow-up actions.
- Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deadlines, deliverables, and customer expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Provide administrative support to project teams and leadership.
- Liaise with customers to understand project requirements and communicate status updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external customers.
- Identify project risks or issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Ace an Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
- Show strong customer service background with experience supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Show strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Have experience working with ERP systems.
- Show proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Display a team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience supporting projects within a manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or automation environment.
- Show familiarity with production processes, automation equipment, or robotics projects.
- Have experience working with FANUC robots or supporting robotic integration projects.
- Show knowledge of project scheduling and tracking tools.
- Show Robotics Certification is a plus.
- Show experience coordinating cross-functional teams and customer-driven initiatives.
