About the Role

We’re hiring a Project Management Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO. This role focuses on coordinating communication between all areas involved in mergers and acquisitions, with a primary emphasis on integrating new companies. We’re looking for someone ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help build the future of construction.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize project management software for detail tracking and sharing of information.
  • Support end-to-end post-merger integration efforts across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitor acquisitions through various stages of planning, development, and execution.
  • Schedule and facilitate integration meetings, workshops, and checkpoints.
  • Update appropriate areas when action is required.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate integration workstreams, track milestones, manage documentation, and ensure alignment across teams through the integration lifecycle.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Past experience in an administrative or project management role.
  • Excellent attention to detail with exquisite follow-up.
  • Proactive about finding ways to improve and grow in your position.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of professional experience.
  • High school diploma, required.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
