About the Role
We’re hiring a Project Management Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO. This role focuses on coordinating communication between all areas involved in mergers and acquisitions, with a primary emphasis on integrating new companies. We’re looking for someone ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help build the future of construction.
Responsibilities
- Utilize project management software for detail tracking and sharing of information.
- Support end-to-end post-merger integration efforts across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor acquisitions through various stages of planning, development, and execution.
- Schedule and facilitate integration meetings, workshops, and checkpoints.
- Update appropriate areas when action is required.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate integration workstreams, track milestones, manage documentation, and ensure alignment across teams through the integration lifecycle.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Past experience in an administrative or project management role.
- Excellent attention to detail with exquisite follow-up.

Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience.
- High school diploma, required.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
