Project Management Consultant-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years)
We're seeking a Field Contract Coordinator to serve as an Owner's Representative supporting wind energy projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, field engineering, project coordination, contractor oversight, or renewable energy who enjoy working directly on project sites and traveling full-time.
Responsibilities
- Represent the owner in the field and provide oversight of contractor activities.
- Coordinate and monitor wind energy construction, restoration, and maintenance projects.
- Support projects involving wind tower restoration, foundation restoration, structural repairs, and tower demolition activities.
- Conduct site visits and walkdowns to evaluate construction progress, quality, and safety performance.
- Track project schedules, documentation, budgets, and contractor performance.
- Assist with project planning, reporting, and communication between contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in field assessments, including catastrophic turbine damage evaluations when needed.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Review project documentation, meeting minutes, reports, and contractor deliverables.
- Help identify field issues and coordinate solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in construction, field engineering, project coordination, renewable energy, utilities, EPC, heavy civil, structural, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, or field operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in active construction and industrial environments.
- Experience with project schedules, documentation management, inspections, QA/QC, or safety programs is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of wind, solar, power generation, utility, transmission, substation, or other energy-related projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, SAP, or similar project management tools is preferred.
Compensation & Travel
- 100% travel role supporting projects nationwide
- $178/day per diem paid 7 days per week while traveling

Pay
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
