PROJECT MANAGEMENT ANALYST 4
About the role
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant exempt experience; or a Master’s Degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience. Alternatively, one of the following may be used as equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications: NNS Apprentice School graduate, Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate, Associate's Degree or other formal 2-year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience, Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience, High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience, or High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience.
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and collaborate with the value stream including Engineering, Planning, Production Control, Production/Construction teams, and Program Offices
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects with limited oversight
- Prior experience with generating reports and presentation development
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to interact with all levels of Production
- Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) is preferred
- Experience in Labor Resource Management (LRM) is preferred
- Knowledge of shop manufacturing is preferred

Pay
The anticipated salary range is $106,000.00 to $133,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, and may vary from the posted range.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a 1st shift schedule. No relocation assistance is available, and this position is not eligible for telework. No travel requirements are associated with this role, and no clearance is required to start.
