Project Lead-Structured Cabling ($5,000 Sign-on Bonus)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major project crews
• Own crew performance and on-the-job training
• Ensure adherence to company and customer safety and quality standards
• Hold weekly safety meetings
• Initiate performance-related communications and escalate to the Project Manager as needed
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to drive productivity, job completion, and project budget compliance
• Complete all IES and project paperwork accurately and on time including timesheets, material transfers, work orders, change orders, and tool transfers
• Perform quality checks
• Coordinate moves and cut sheets for voice and data cross connects
• Prepare red-lined as-built drawings
• Serve as the primary on-site customer contact for questions and concerns
• Attend facility and construction meetings as required
• Apply advanced technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve field issues as they arise

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to read, write, and present effectively
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents including quality and reporting requirements
• Able to serve as the company liaison and interface directly with customer representatives
• Promotes company culture and mission to employees, vendors, clients, and business partners
• Supports process improvement initiatives
