Responsibilities
- Lead and manage major project crews
- Own crew performance and on-the-job training
- Ensure adherence to company and customer safety and quality standards
- Hold weekly safety meetings
- Initiate performance-related communications and escalate to the Project Manager as needed
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to drive productivity, job completion, and project budget compliance
- Complete all IES and project paperwork accurately and on time including timesheets, material transfers, work orders, change orders, and tool transfers
- Perform quality checks
- Coordinate moves and cut sheets for voice and data cross connects
- Prepare red-lined as-built drawings
- Serve as the primary on-site customer contact for questions and concerns
- Attend facility and construction meetings as required
- Apply advanced technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve field issues as they arise
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, professional, and positive in approach
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to read, write, and present effectively
- Proven ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents including quality and reporting requirements
- Able to serve as the company liaison and interface directly with customer representatives
- Promotes company culture and mission to employees, vendors, clients, and business partners
- Supports process improvement initiatives
