Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Cookordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and leadership updates.
  • Gather business requirements and support business analysis activities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Track action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Support AI, automation, and modernization initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and decision logs.
  • Cookordinate communication between leadership, business units, vendors, and project teams.
  • Promote project governance, accountability, and standardized project management practices.
  • Assist with quality assurance, compliance activities, and project controls.
  • Support organizational change and process transformation efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–12+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Project Coordination or Project Management experience.
  • Current PMP Certification (Required).
  • Experience leading cross-functional or cross-divisional projects.
  • Experience within large enterprise or public sector environments.
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting AI, automation, or modernization projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and project reports.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Government or public sector experience.
  • Experience with enterprise modernization programs.
  • Experience implementing automation solutions.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled business initiatives.
  • Experience using Power Platform tools.
