AI and Automation Lead

About the role

The AI and Automation Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of advanced artificial intelligence and automation technologies within the company. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and software development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration and optimization of AI and automation systems across various departments.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and models using Python and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of AI and automation systems to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies and recommend new initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI and automation roles.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and other programming languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Experience with database management systems (DBMS).
