Description Summary

Multiple positions available in Las Vegas, NV. Requires occasional travel to Chandler, AZ for training and meetings.

About the role

Assume "Ownership" and "Visibility" of projects within Kovach Enclosure Systems. Responsible for maximizing efficiency and profit by managing materials under budget, offering value-engineered options, tracking schedules, and overseeing project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project schedules, including sequencing and labor planning.
  • Act as primary liaison between Kovach and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit submittals and materials consistent with project scope and specifications.
  • Review scope, contract documents, and shop drawings for compliance.
  • Create and update Kovach Project Schedule to track milestones and deadlines.
  • Perform material take-offs and manage cost control.
  • Generate cost-at-completion reports, billings, and RCOs.
  • Issue and track purchase orders and material deliveries.
  • Distribute installation manuals and adhere to LEED requirements.
  • Draft and communicate written communications, RFIs, and changes internally.
  • Provide field support until final completion and anticipate challenges proactively.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in project management.
  • Visionary and strategic mindset with the ability to align short-term and long-term goals.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software.
