What You'll Do

Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out. Prepare accurate estimates and manage bidding processes for various contract types. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion. Negotiate, award, and prepare subcontract agreements. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with field superintendents to ensure compliance and project success. Manage project costs, changes, and ensure quality control.

Requirements

5 to 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Proficiency in reading and interpreting project specifications, drawings, and contracts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
