Responsibilities

  • Manage site water and energy loss maps, understanding main opportunities to improve.
  • Define projects pipeline, feasibility studies, and justification required ahead of implementation.
  • Responsible for scope definition, cost estimate, funding strategy, and execution.
  • Manage contractors working on the projects, ensuring they follow all safety and quality requirements and deliver the required scope of work.
  • Own end-to-end project execution, from conception to turnover to operations or facilities team, including validation process.
  • Support L'Oréal safety, health, and environmental programs.
  • Maintain an effective labor/employee relations environment.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee all necessary record systems.
  • Manage, implement, and support all L'Oréal policies including, but not limited to, the Corporation's Equal Employment Opportunity policy.
  • Perform other duties as necessary or required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience with utilities systems, bulk manufacturing processes, and/or chemical engineering operations.
  • Technical knowledge (by education or experience) of utilities systems, such as water, steam, HVAC, etc., is desirable.
  • Capable of managing medium-to-large capital investments.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate excellent people management skills, including the ability to develop a team of individuals capable of producing extraordinary results.
  • Demonstrate L’Oréal competencies including creative problem solving, decision making, achievement orientation, cultivation of talent, and strong communication skills.

Pay

$65,400 - $91,500
