Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned program/control accounts, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, schedule, and cost targets.
  • Manage the account’s budget, forecast cost performance, and implement corrective actions to address variances and keep the program within approved financial limits.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and opportunities; maintain risk registers and ensure timely implementation of mitigation plans.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports (e.g., Earned Value Management, cost and schedule status) to stakeholders.
  • Manage the subcontractors across the team to ensure compliant execution of SOW.
  • Manage subcontract cost performance.
  • Manage the preparation, submission, and execution of baseline changes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the control account, tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.

Requirements

  • Experience as a CAM or equivalent related experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team
  • Ability to support coordination between multiple teams and multiple locations

Qualifications

  • Experience working with integrated master schedules
  • Experience supporting multi-functional engineering teams
  • Currently CAM certified
  • Vemo experience
