Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field OR 3 years of experience in a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator role.
• Construction work experience or Internship experience, required for this role.
• Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).

Preferred Experience

• RFI
• Change orders
• Submittals
• Punch-list
• Absisting with sub-contractor meeting minutes
• Previous or current Interiors experience, very helpful

Pay

The base compensation range for the Project Engineer role in S CA listed above is $78,000 - $90,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
