We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job description. First, we need to decide sections. The posting includes: - Standard Job Description Serves as the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Motor Pool Maintenance Advisor & On the Job Training Lead for United Arab Emirates (UAE) in UAE. Supports daily floor supervision, hands-on technical assistance, and the development of UAE service member maintenance proficiency. Works side‑by‑side with the Lead Advisor to execute the maintenance schedule, ensure quality, and expand UAE capability through structured training. That's about the role. Then "Key responsibilities:" with bullet points: Daily Floor Supervision, On‑the‑Job (OJT) Training, Technical Assistance, Quality‑Control Support, Lead Advisor Support (with subpoints). So we can have a Responsibilities section with list. Then "Basic Qualifications" list: MOS/Skillset, Supervisory Experience, Technical Background, Training Expertise, Knowledge, Communication, Active Secret Security Clearance required, Must obtain and maintain clearance, May require occasional travel, Positions are under a U.S. government‑mandated contract; all work is subject to the Statement of Work and applicable export controls. That's qualifications/requirements. Could be Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. We have both Basic Qualifications and Desired Skills. So we can put Basic Qualifications under Requirements or Qualifications. Desired Skills under Skills. We also have Pay Information: Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00 and description about salary range, etc. Also benefits listed. Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. There's mention of "Flexible work arrangements and schedules (e.g., 4x10)" under benefits. That's schedule info but it's under benefits. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. There's no explicit schedule like shift times, but there is flexible work arrangements. Could we create a Schedule section? Probably not, because it's not explicit schedule like "Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm". The flexible work arrangements is a benefit. So we may omit Schedule. We need to include Benefits section: they list many benefits. We need to include Pay section: they have salary range. We need to include Skills section: Desired Skills list. We need to include About the role: we have introductory paragraph. We need to include Responsibilities: we have bullet list. We need to include Requirements or Qualifications: we have Basic Qualifications. Could combine as Requirements. Let's decide: Use Requirements for basic qualifications, and Skills for desired skills. Or we could use Qualifications for basic qualifications and Skills for desired. Both are allowed. We'll pick Requirements for basic qualifications, Skills for desired. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for title. We must not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can format as lists. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some generic Lockheed Martin benefits description and some extra text about pay being guideline etc. That's not boilerplate? It's part of benefits/pay description. We should keep it as it's substantive about pay and benefits. However, the instruction says remove duplicated lines. There's duplication: "The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only." That's maybe okay to keep but it's not duplicated elsewhere. We'll keep. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The original also had "For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year." This is specific to Washington state applicants. It's substantive info about benefits (PTO accrual). Should we include? It's part of benefits. We could add a note under Benefits: maybe as a sub-list item. Since it's specific to Washington state applicants, we should preserve it. Let's add a bullet: "Washington state applicants: Non‑represented full‑time employees accrue ≥10 hours PTO/month and ≥90 hours holiday; represented employees accrue 6.67 hours vacation/month, up to 52 hours sick leave/year, and ≥96 hours holiday; accruals prorated based on start date." We should incorporate that. Also there is a line: "At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people..." we already included in Pay section. Could also be part of Benefits but it's okay. Check for any other info: "Positions are under a U.S. government‑mandated contract; all work is subject to the Statement of Work and applicable export controls." Already in Requirements. Check for any mention of "May require occasional travel within the UAE and to regional support sites." Already in Requirements. Check for "Active Secret Security Clearance required Must obtain and maintain a suitable U.S. government clearance for work in the UAE." Already. Check for "Desired Skills Strong instructional and mentoring skillsDetail‑oriented with a focus on safety and qualityAbility to work collaboratively within joint U.S./UAE teamsProficient with maintenance‑management software (AADMIS) and TMDE control" Already. Check for "Basic Qualifications MOS/Skillset - Prior U.S. Army MOS 91B/X/Z (Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic)Supervisory Experience - Equivalent to an E-5/E‑7 maintenance supervisor; 4–8 years tactical wheeled‑vehicle maintenance.Technical Background - Hands-on experience with THAAD launcher chassis, HEMTT, FMTV, LHS, and tactical generators.Training Expertise - Developed and delivered OJT
