Responsibilities

  • Contribute to coordination, development, and tracking of various project needs such as RFIs, submittals, pay applications, document control, project reporting, cost events, and schedule updates.
  • Read and understand construction plans and drawings, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Outline specifications for client submissions and verify that construction materials, equipment, and field installations align with approved submittals.
  • Support the management and administration of commercial building projects, collaborating with a team of professionals.

Requirements

  • 1+ Years of experience working within a project team, coordinating, developing, and tracking project needs.
  • 1+ Years of experience reading and understanding construction plans and drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Experience in the construction of commercial buildings, preferably with a general contractor or construction management firm.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and client service skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable team-player.

Skills

  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
