Responsibilities
- Contribute to coordination, development, and tracking of various project needs such as RFIs, submittals, pay applications, document control, project reporting, cost events, and schedule updates.
- Read and understand construction plans and drawings, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Outline specifications for client submissions and verify that construction materials, equipment, and field installations align with approved submittals.
- Support the management and administration of commercial building projects, collaborating with a team of professionals.
Requirements
- 1+ Years of experience working within a project team, coordinating, developing, and tracking project needs.
- 1+ Years of experience reading and understanding construction plans and drawings, and technical specifications.
- Experience in the construction of commercial buildings, preferably with a general contractor or construction management firm.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Flexible and adaptable team-player.
Skills
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
