Project Engineer Full Time Employee - Recent Grad 2027 (U.S. Person Required)

You will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends that you will apply to address complex engineering challenges and provide solutions that meet or exceed the required technical standards for your customers. Project engineers are responsible for the scope, cost, and schedule of a particular engineering project.
Key responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Manage technical deliverables and ensure compliance with customer specifications and aerospace standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and testing.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or technical issues.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Support design reviews, risk assessments, and change management processes.
Minimum qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in an Engineering discipline or similar field.
- Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2026 and May 2027 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2026-July 2027.
- Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date.
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
- Honeywell Aerospace is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position. Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
Valuable qualifications
- Experience with systems integration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with leading projects.
- Familiarity with executing projects on a schedule with deliverables.
- Knowledge of basic project management principles.
- Experience with CAD software such as CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, or NX.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $82,000/year–$105,800/year. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
