Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the construction project
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to determine the specifications of the project
• Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure project is completed within the designated timeline
• Manage project budget and procure necessary resources
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Coordinate with subcontractors and handle contractual agreements
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects

Requirements

• 1-3 years of GC experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and regulatory approvals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects

Pay

A salary range of $60,000 - $80,000
