Project Engineer Construction
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Aids the Project Manager and the project team in day-to-day General Contract and Subcontract administration.
- Maintains job site safety and accident prevention.
- Schedules construction activities.
- Procures and expedites materials and equipment.
- Coordinates mechanical, electrical, and piping systems.
- Reviews shop drawings and submittals.
- Reviews and negotiates subcontractor change proposals.
- Documents change orders and associated costs.
- Researches and suggests construction methods and equipment.
- Maintains as-built plans.
- Ensures quality control and project closure.
- Enforces safety and EEO/Affirmative Action programs.
Minimal Qualifications
- College Diploma in Construction Management (preferred).
- Construction internship or related construction work experience (preferred).
- 5+ years of general construction knowledge and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Proficiency in Blue Beam software.
Compensation
The annual salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $105,000.00. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.

Physical Demands
