Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Aids the Project Manager and project team in day-to-day General Contract and Subcontract administration.
- Maintains job site safety and accident prevention through monitoring and documentation.
- Schedules construction activities.
- Procures and expedites materials and equipment.
- Coordinates mechanical, electrical, and piping systems.
- Reviews and approves shop drawings and submittals.
- Reviews and updates project costs, reports, and accounts.
- Supervises and coordinates subcontractors' field installations.
- Reviews and negotiates change proposals from subcontractors and prepares change orders for self-performed work.
- Documents and maintains change order pricing and associated cost reporting.
- Researches and suggests improvements in construction means, methods, and equipment.
- Maintains As-Built plans.
- Ensures quality control and project closure.
- Enforces all applicable safety and EEO/Affirmative Action programs on the project.
Minimal Qualifications
- College Diploma in Construction Management, with construction internship or related work experience preferred.
- At least 5 years of general knowledge of construction principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Proficiency in Blue Beam software.
Pay
The annual salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $105,000.00, depending on relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Variable compensation including short-term and long-term incentives may also be offered.

Physical Demands
