Responsibilities
- Learn every aspect of project management
- Drive complex commercial construction projects to completion
- Collaborate with a wide spectrum of industry professionals
- Use technical and people skills to turn client visions into reality
- Interact with professionals from all levels of the industry
- Set up and attend job walks
- Prepare and qualify bids
- Cook up and coordinate building access
- Prepare meeting minutes and weekly status reports
- Track and review RFI's, submittals, shop drawings, samples, procurement and cost management
- Complete project start-up and close-out documents
- Aid Project Manager and Superintendent with daily project management
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college with major coursework in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of construction experience preferred
- Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, project scheduling, BlueBeam, Procore, PlanGrid and CAD
- Effective in presenting information orally, written, and graphically
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to read architectural/engineering plans and specifications
- Basic knowledge of project estimating & scheduling
- Organize and manage multiple priorities
- Adapt to meet project needs to ensure success
Qualifications
- Desired traits include:

- 1-2 years of construction experience

- $75,000 - $87,500 a year
Pay
The actual salary will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
