About the role

As a Project Engineer at Reliant Processing, you will play a vital role in overseeing the design of projects focused on carbon dioxide (CO2) liquefaction and dry ice operations. This position entails developing, initiating, and managing all project phases, ensuring each aspect aligns with our commitment to innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design of projects focused on carbon dioxide (CO2) liquefaction and dry ice operations
• Develop, initiate, and manage all project phases
• Prepare thorough documentation of critical analyses and provide actionable suggestions for correcting any errors that arise
• Collaborate with Project Managers for the effective allocation and tracking of resources
• Provide essential technical support to Project Managers, Refrigeration Technicians, and Piping Designers
• Prepare detailed P&ID drawings on a project-specific basis
• Oversee the installation of new systems or machinery

Requirements

• Strong foundation in industrial refrigeration system design and compliance
• Proficiency in estimating projects and submitting detailed proposals
• Ability to size refrigeration equipment and piping effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors and supporting design reviews and engineering assessments
• Strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities

Skills

• Provide strategic direction for industrial refrigeration system design, infrastructure, compliance and efficiency
