Project Eng/Sort Concept DS

To lead multiple projects simultaneously, including the evaluation and implementation of manpower and systems projects designed to reduce operating expenses, increase revenues, and enhance customer service. Responsible for leading the development and implementation of operating plans and performing engineering work, conducting studies, preparing data, and developing models and analytical tools for use by engineers and operations. Sets strategy to transform business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects focused on reducing operating expenses and increasing revenues.
• Develop and implement operating plans.
• Perform engineering work, including conducting studies and preparing data.
• Develop models and analytical tools for engineers and operations.
• Set strategic direction for transforming business processes and operational tools.
• Conduct performance analysis of material handling systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Seven (7) years of experience in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Four (4) years of experience developing concepts for material handling systems.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, scheduling, modeling, and performance analysis of material handling systems.
• Strong analytical, computer, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Some travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD).
• Experience in developing package sort system designs.

Pay

US Pay Range: $6,168.90–$10,898.39 per month. This range reflects the current starting salary for this role across potential locations and may vary based on experience, market level, and job-related factors. Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonuses.
