Production Sorter (MSCOL)
Job Summary
Marathon is a growing staffing company with over twenty offices nationwide, providing employees with flexible opportunities, skill development through on-the-job training, and a supportive team of experienced professionals. We are currently hiring Sorters in York County, SC at our recycling plant. New employees will receive comprehensive training from knowledgeable supervisors on various operational tasks.
Shift Details
Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM, Monday-Friday
Training Provided
- On-the-job training will be provided.
Work Environment
Clean, safe work environment with a team-focused approach to production and improvement.
Pay and Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $14.00 per hour, Monday through Friday (overtime offered on Saturdays)
- Weekly Pay: Thursday

Qualifications
- Willingness to be trained on sorting and operational tasks
- Able to stand and work for 8 hours
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Daily Operations
- Production sorting
- Filling and emptying bins as needed
- Litter and solid waste collection and disposal
- Collection, storage, sorting, and transport of recyclable materials
Dress Code
- Long pants (jeans or cargo/utility pants)
- Collar shirts or T-shirts with no offensive wording
- Safety toe work boots or regular tennis shoes
- No overly long nails or hanging jewelry
- No shorts
Requirements

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
