About the Role
A Warehouse Associate at a delivery station prepares inventory for delivery by receiving shipments, scanning, sorting, and building pallets.
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and prepare orders using smartphones and handheld devices.
- Build, wrap, and transport pallets and packages.
- Lift up to 49 pounds and operate carts, dollies, and hand trucks.
- Receive truck deliveries and work in a dynamic environment with moving machinery.
- Perform physical activities like standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
- Navigate stairs and work at heights up to 40 feet where applicable.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Able to understand safety guidelines in English.
- Comfortable working in a noisy, temperature-variable environment while wearing safety gear.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift as required.
- Comfortable using technology and safety equipment.
