Project Document Control Specialist
Location: Headquarters – Moon Township, PA

Responsibilities
- Transmit project-related documents to customers per contract requirements
- Work closely with Project Managers and internal teams to facilitate effective communication to internal stakeholders and clients
- Oversee the entire project document lifecycle from creation, review, and approval to revision and archival
- Create and maintain project documents and documentation plans, as well as numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieving both electronic and hard copy documents
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant customer requirements, regulatory standards, legal requirements, and internal policies
- Create purchase requisitions for miscellaneous project materials not sourced by the Manufacturing groups as assigned by the Project Managers
Qualifications
- Associates degree (A.A.), or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is required
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is preferred
- 2-3 years Product document control experience is required
- Controlling technical project documents in a project management environment is preferred
