Project Director (Reno or Las Vegas)
Responsibilities
- Directs and manages project development from beginning to end of key business projects
- Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Establishes and manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team
- Tracks project milestones and deliverables
- Manages changes in project scope and identifies potential contingency plans
- Builds, develops, and grows business relationships vital to the success of the project
- Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes, and regulations applicable to position and company
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of: Laws and regulations applicable to the corporation All areas of business operations. Project Management Company’s products and services. Administrative services.
- Demonstrated Skills Such As Detail oriented, human relations, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, interpersonal and organizational. Analytical, interpersonal and communication.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related area and 15 years of related experience. Candidates that do not possess a bachelor’s degree must have a minimum of 19 years of related work experience.
