About the role
Collaborating with our Technology Consulting team, you will help organizations streamline operations and achieve strategic goals to serve the public better. We provide the full spectrum of technology consulting services to help state and local agencies meet operational and program needs that enhance the lives of their user base.
Responsibilities
- Provides analytical services and supports the development of project work products.
- Analyzes client requests for proposals and providing development support of proposal responses.
- Ensures quality work products are delivered to clients.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment.
- Manages and builds upon client relationships.
- Adheres to and supports project management approach and other PMO principles and practices.
- Ensures project quality and compliance with all related regulations.
- Ensures communication among all key stakeholders.
- Provides IT job duties which include Business and Technical Leadership, System Analysis, Code Development, Software Engineering, or other similarly skilled computer-related work as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Skilled in presenting ideas and presenting oral and written reports.
- Communicates technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and keeping current with industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2 + years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience working for or with state government preferred.

- This position is hybrid with travel/onsite requirements.
- To be successful at PCG, you must: be available during your set working hours, have a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete your work, and be able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties.
Pay
Range: $55,000 - $95,000
