Project Coordinator - Supply Chain (SW)

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain activities associated with Customer demand coordinating with Suppliers to ensure timely purchase and delivery of product supporting the business.
• In this role you will be responsible for working directly with Warehouse personal and Production Supervisor/Operators ensuring materials pulled from warehouse and to production line meeting Customer build requirements.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
• Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate’s degree.
• Licenses or Certificates Required (if applicable):
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is a plus.
• Experience:
• 3 plus years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and data analysis abilities, proficiency in supply chain software like SAP or other ERP systems, and skills in forecasting, inventory management, and logistics. Proficient in MS office suite.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment requiring adaptability and flexibility.

Education

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is a plus.
