Project Coordinator, Student Success Team (SST)
About the role
Serves in an administrative capacity and provides administrative support to the project manager and other team members. Assists with fiscal management and compliance with federal regulations and the contracts. Manages day-to-day office operations and interacts with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to team leadership
- Assists with fiscal management, grant compliance, and contracts
- Manages office operations (correspondence, notetaking, calendaring, scheduling meetings, processing orders, travel arrangements)
- Interacts with key stakeholders
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and collaborative
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience
Qualifications
- Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
