Job Description Project Coordinator - Quoting & Financial Analysis (Contract) Salary: $75,000–$80,000 Contract Length: 3-6 months with an option to extend. Overview In this role, you’ll independently review, validate, and reconcile client quotes for large-scale events, ensuring precision and integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Your insights will support everything from cost analysis to strategic decision-making, directly contributing to successful productions and satisfied clients. Key Responsibilities Build and analyze client quotes from inventory data, applying market insights to establish competitive pricing while safeguarding margins. Track quote revisions, document changes, and communicate updates effectively to the Business Development team. Conduct thorough audits of quotes before approval, verifying figures and supporting documentation. Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions. Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and finance peers to translate operational decisions into accurate financial updates. Use project management tools like Monday.com to maintain a clear audit trail, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements. Support a fast-paced, reactive environment by managing multiple priorities, often under tight deadlines, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of finance experience in a project-based environment. Strong Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas. Background in accounting, with certifications like CPA or CIA highly preferred. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle confidential financial data responsibly.
